$7.00 Per Person (minimum 15 people)

Our Chefs will Present your Guests with Farm Fresh Eggs or Egg Whites with Toppings to Include:

Seasonal Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Peppers, Broccoli, Caramelized Onion, Serano Ham & White Cheddar

 

Continental Station

Eggs Benny Station

$9.00 per person (minimum 15 people)

Our Chefs will Present your Guests with Potato Hash Cakes Eggs Benny with Hollandaise Sauce

Selections to Include:

Smoked Salmon, Dungeness Crab, Smoked Bacon, Grilled Chorizo, Chives, Roasted Peppers, Goat Cheese, Caramelized Onion, Aged White Cheddar.

The Wandering MolLusk Oyster Station

$10.00 per person (minimum 50 people) *Requires Schucker(s)*

Local Pacific Oysters; 3 per person

Served with the Following Garnishes:

3-4 House Sauces, Fresh Grated Horseradish

Gourmet Pizza Station

$7.50 per person (minimum 15 people)

Gourmet Pizzas Served on Freshly Baked Naan - Choose up to 3 Flavours.

Station Includes Two 700 Degree Pizza Ovens.
